Join us on Colectivo Aurora’s back patio to hand-embroider your own San Miguel neighborhood with a simple satin stitch that I will teach you. At a relaxed pace, meet others, and enjoy the calming practice of slow stitching. All materials and pre-printed cotton templates of each colonia will be provided.
What to expect
A slow, social stitching session, outdoors in the afternoon.
Learn and practice the satin stitch to map your favorite colonia of San Miguel
Work directly on to cotton templates that I will have pre-prepared for you—no experience needed
Materials: needles, threads, hoops, and a finished piece to take home!
Light wine and a relaxed atmosphere for conversation
